This webinar highlights Wildsight's Youth Climate Corp. Work from the likes of Seth Klein has shown that Canada has successfully mobilized its populations in the past to address crises. With the effects of a changing climate already present in the Kootenays, the YCC is a program that addresses targeted mobilization and leadership by young people at a local level to problems that will compound as the greenhouse effect grows.
