About the event
Come learn from the West Kootenay Youth Climate Corps (YCC) all about the RDCK’s Resiliency programs. After weeks of training with RDCK staff, the West Kootenay Youth Climate Corps have been travelling around the RDCK presenting to community members on the programs the RDCK has to make their communities more resilient.
In this presentation you’ll learn about FireSmart, emergency preparedness, water conservation, waste diversion, and home energy efficiency.
