About the event

Join the Central Kootenay Invasive Species Society and the Nelson Running Club for a special Communities Pulling Together event. This is the fourth consecutive year of running this community-powered stewardship opportunity to protect the Pulpit Rock ecosystem from invasive plants.

The focus areas will be at the trailhead, as well as a meadow near the flagpole that has a persistent patch of knapweed and St. John's wort.

Bring work gloves, water, good footwear and optionally some tools, though CKISS will also have tools available if you need them.

Registration here, and more information can be found on their facebook page.
