March Fourth for Old Growth & Biodiversity

Join Last Stand West Kootenay for a day of action and connection with a community advocating for old growth protection across BC! Bring your best animal costumes and join the fun as we highlight the importance of preserving biodiversity. Raise your voice and make a stand for ecosystem health, especially in and around the Inland Temperate Rainforest, that is close to home and close to our hearts. This peaceful march and rally will begin at the Court House/City Hall in Nelson, making its way to Brittny Anderson's office, through Baker Street and returning to its starting point.  Speeches, performances and live music will inspire you to dance and get involved.
