Draw the Line is a global day of climate action, with local organizing being led by Seniors for Climate teams in Nelson and Castlegar, in collaboration with other community groups including the Climate Hub. Let's imagine a better future together.
Join Castlegar Seniors for Climate on Saturday September 20 at Millennium Park, starting at 11:30 am, and be part of the global day of action Draw the Line. All ages welcome!
Gather at the shelter to make signs and banners at 11:30 am. Speakers and music at noon, and Solidarity Walk in the park at 12:30. At 1 pm, we’ll join with Castlegar Arts Council’s “Picnic and Draw” event to imagine a clean climate future. Get to know others in your community and dream together in this family friendly event.
